Anderson, Katherine (27 November 1893-3 March 1981)

NEILLSVILLE--Mrs. Katherine Anderson, 87, of 217 Oak St. died Tuesday at Luther Hospital, Eau Claire.

The funeral will be Friday at Gilbertson Funeral Home, Granton. The Rev. Gary Clark of United Church of Christ to officiate, Windfall Cemetery, Granton, is to be the burial site.

The former Katherine Nast was born November 27, 1893 at Marblehead. On June 22, 1916 in Fond du Lac, she and Elmer Anderson were married. They lived in Fond du Lac one year, then moved to a farm in the town of York. They retired and moved to Neillsville in 1946. he died July 19, 1958.

A member of United Church of Christ, she is survived by two sons, George of Eau Claire and Charles of La Crosse; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

One son, one daughter, two brothers and two sisters are deceased.

David Lavey, Joe Urban, Leland Reich, Merle Bartsch, Vernon Drescher and John Bergemann are to serve as pallbearers.
