Russell D. Reis, 23, whose parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale A. Reis and wife Janice,
live on Route 1, Colby, recently was promoted to Army Specialist 4 in Vietnam.
Spec. 4 Reis is assigned as a driver in Headquarters, Company, 2D Battalion, 1st
Infantry, 196th Infantry Brigade, 23D Infantry Division near Da Nang.
He received his B.A. degree in 1970 from Wisconsin State University, Eau Claire.
