Barbara Meyer, Joyce Tesmer and Ann Umhoefer, students at the University of
Wisconsin, Eau Claire, were initiated into Alpha Lambda Delta, National Honor
Society recognizing superior scholarship in freshman women, on Sunday, October
31, 1971).
Membership qualifications include working toward a Bachelor’s degree in a
university, carrying at least 15 credits for the first semester of the freshman
years, and achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or above.
Miss Meyer is the daughter of Russell Myer of Colby; Miss Tesmer is the daughter
of Woodrow Tesmer, Colby; and Miss Umhoefer is the daughter of Paul Umhoefer,
Colby.
