Pflieger, Joseph A (30 July 1887 - 15 May 1981)

HUMBIRD -- Joseph A. Pflieger, 93, formerly of Humbird, died Friday at Madison General Hospital, Madison.

Services were this morning at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Fairchild, with burial in the church cemetery.

Mr. Pflieger married Frieda McKenzie Bever September 17, 1912 in Fairfview. They farmed in the town of Mentor, Clark County. She is deceased.

Surviving are four sons, Thomas and Joseph, both of Madison, James of Kenosha, and Edward of Humbird; eight daughters, Theresa Turk of Oregon, Dorothy Lasse of Fairchild, Florence Wilson of New Orleans, Bonnie Brummel of Kenosha, Maureen Lane, and Patricia, Jeanette and Rosalie Pflieger, all of Madison; 29 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
