Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hollman and son Dennis returned last Wednesday from a two week vacation trip to the eastern states. They visited their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ron Wishert in Englishtown, New Jersey, and also visited in New York City. They toured many places of interest there, including the United Nations Headquarters. Enroute home they visited another son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Rahn and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Staab attended the funeral of her cousin, Mrs. August Kohlmann, at Dotyville last Thursday.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Suebert and family, Marshfield, visited at the Vincent Tauchen home Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Norman Fenske and family, Ellsworth, and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Carpenter and Mary, Abbotsford, came Friday for the weekend with the ladies’ parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Genrich. The men folks spent the weekend at the Genrich cottage at Harrison Hills hunting (unsuccessfully). Glen Ludwig, Marshfield and Jerome Ludwig also hunted there.

Robert Schumacher was one of the first successful hunters reported from the Dorchester area. He got his buck Saturday morning.
