Beisner, Fred W. (5 October 1891 - 23 June 1981)
DORCHESTER-- Fred W. Beisner, 83, died Tuesday at his home of an apparent heart
attack.
Services will be Friday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Roland Golz
officiating. Burial will be at Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call at
Maurina Funeral Home.
Mr. Beisner was born October 5, 1897 in the town of Mayville to Mr. and Mrs.
William Beisner Sr. and attended Pleasant Hill School.
He married Evelyn Mueller on November 21, 1923 at Zion Lutheran Church, Colby.
He worked in Minnesota in the harvest fields and farmed in the town of Mayville
for more than 50 years.
In 1973, he retired and the couple moved to Dorchester. Mr. Beisner did
carpentry work. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Dorchester
Senior Citizens, and a past member of Dorchester Lions Club.
His wife survives.
He was predeceased by his parents, nine brothers and one sister.
