Mr. Calvin L. Smart, 3735 North 96th Street, Milwaukee, has graduated from the
International Accountants Society of Chicago, Illinois.
Smart completed the diploma course in advanced accounting offered by IAS, the
largest and oldest home study school in America, teaching accounting and allied
management subjects exclusively.
Graduation requires passing a comprehensive resident final examination given in
the student’s home city under the supervision of a local Certified Public
Accountant.
The new IAS graduate is employed by United Parcel Service.
Calvin is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lea Smart, Dorchester. He graduated from Colby
High School in 1965.
