Christopher Jerome, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Ohlinger, was baptized Sunday, August 29, 1965 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with Rev. Ambrose Blenker officiating. Sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Weber, Moline, Illinois.

Following the baptismal ceremony, a dinner was given in honor of the new infant at the Arnold Ohlinger home. Guests included the new parent, Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Ohlinger and infant, Christ, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Weber, Moline, Illinois, Mr. and Mrs. Florian Herrick and Patty, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Bauer and Jeff, Catawba, and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Wavrunek, Abbotsford.
