Ruppert, Mr. / Mrs. Harold (Silver – 7 SEP 1965)

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ruppert celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary September 7, 1965. To celebrated the event, the anniversary couple were the honored guests at an open house held Sunday, September 5 at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. David Ruppert. Mr. and Mrs. Ruppert were presented a corsage and a boutonniere by the family members and guests were received between the hours of 1 and 5 p.m. Refreshments were served by the hostess. Over one hundred guests appeared during the afternoon event to bestow their wishes upon the honored couple.

The Rupperts are the parents of six children: David, Mrs. John (Carol) Busse, Marshfield, twin sons, Dean and Gene, Penny and Sandy.

Mrs. Ruppert is the former Erva Bennett, daughter of Mrs. Madge Bennett, Unity.

The Rupperts have farmed near Colby since their marriage.
