Clark County Jail Museum (New Sign - 2020)
Neillsville’s 1897 Clark County Jail Museum recently got a new sign, replacing
the approximately 40-year-old sign that had been there (shown below). Money from
the museum’s operating funds went to pay for the new sign. It was made and
installed by Stratford Signs Inc. The museum is open the second and fourth
Sundays of the month from 1 to 4 p.m. during June, July and August, as well as
by appointment. Due to Covid-19 concerns, masks are required of all visitors.
The number of people allowed in the museum at one time as well as the sections
of museum open will be determined so that social distancing can be followed. For
more information, call 715-743-1250 or 715-743-6234. Submitted photos.
