Schmidt, Marine Pvt. Debra K. (Service Notes - 1976)
Maine Pvt. Debra K. Schmidt, 18, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald J. Kollath of
Abbotsford, has completed recruit training at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot,
Parris Island, S.C.
During the eight-week training cycle, she was introduced to the typical daily
routine that she will experience during her enlistment and studied the personal
and professional standards traditionally exhibited by Marines.
A 1975 graduate of Abbotsford High School, she joined the Marine Corps in March
1976.
