Schultz, Katherine (26 JUL 1891 – 14 SEP 1965)
Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Katherine Schultz, 74,
Sheboygan, who died shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sheboygan Memorial
Hospital.
Funeral services were held Friday at Ballhorn Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Erich
Keller, pastor of Ebenezer Lutheran Church. Burial was made in the Lutheran
Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Gordon Seefeldt, Ronnie Seefeldt, LeRoy Seefeldt, John Block,
Ray Miller Jr. and Ted Lopez.
A native of Schulz, Russia, Katherine Krimmel was born July 26, 1891. In 1912
she was married to Henry Zitzer, also of Schulz. That same year the couple came
to Sheboygan, where Mr. Zitzer died in 1926.
In February 1928 she married Gottlieb Schultz of Riplinger, where the couple
made their home until moving to Sheboygan in 1940. He died in 1946.
She was a member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church and the Volga Aid Society.
Survivors are two sons, Henry and Alex Zitzer, both of Sheboygan; four
daughters, Mrs. Emily Clark and Mrs. Emma Pacholke, both of Sheboygan, Mrs.
Harold (Frieda) Block of Colby, and Mrs. Gene (Pauline) Reinboldt of Clearwater,
Florida; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in her name for Ebenezer Lutheran Church,
Sheboygan.
