Baltus, Mabel E. (15 February 1908 - 13 February 1987)

Former Marshfield resident Mabel E. Baltus, 78, of 325 N Jefferson St., Milwaukee, died Friday morning at St. Mary's Hospital, where she had been admitted February 2.

Services will be Monday at Brett Funeral Home, Milwaukee. Entombment will be at the Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.

She was born February 15, 1908, in Unity, a daughter of Michael and Anna Baltus, and shortly after her birth, she and her family moved to Marshfield where she was raised. She moved to Milwaukee as an adult and resided there since. She had worked at a number of businesses in the Milwaukee area.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Esther Bever of Manitowoc.

She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers.
