Leichtnam, Elmer R. (15 AUG 1914 – 7 DEC 1965)

Funeral service were held Saturday, December 111, 1965 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Colby, for Elmer R. Leichtnam, 51, Colby, who died December 7, 1965 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. The Rev. John Pinion officiated, and burial was in the Colby Cemetery. Polnaszek Funeral Home, Abbotsford, attended to the funeral arrangements.

Pallbearers were James Suchow, Ed Weisenberger, Don Leichtnam, Malcolm Lamont, Harold Podevels, and Royal Archambo.

Attending the funeral from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bingham and family, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Jerabeck and family, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Jerabeck and Bernadine Hanus and family, all of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Novatny, Mr. and Mrs. William Jerabeck and daughter and Mr. and Mrs. John Jerabeck, all of Kewaunee, Mrs. Glenn Mauer and Mrs. Delores Priebe and son, Algoma, Robert Leichtnam, Detroit, Michigan, Jerry Jerabeck and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Jerabeck, Oakfield, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Prochnow and family, Athens, and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Jerabeck, Fond du Lac, and many friends and relatives from Marshfield, Cadott, Waupaca, and Ogama, and surrounding communities.
