Hedberg, Esther (5 January 1885 - 10 September 1981)

LOYAL - Esther Hedberg, 95, Route 1, town of Loyal, died Thursday afternoon at Neillsville Hospital where she had been admitted Wednesday.

Services will be Saturday at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal., with burial in Loyal Cemetery. The Rev. William G. Copham, pastor of Missionary Baptist Church in Greenwood, will officiate.

Esther Swedberg was born January 5, 1885 in Marshalltown, Iowa. She married Emil Hedberg in 1915. Receiving her elementary and college education in Iowa, she was a nurse and stenographer for many years.

She moved to Loyal in 1961 and lived with her brother-in-law, W. J. McBride at the Route 1, Loyal, address.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Lyle (Eva) Abbott of Silada, Colorado and one brother, Harold Swedberg of Underwood, Minnesota. She was predeceased by her husband and 14 brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be Steve Ward, Albert Mueller, Ronnie McBride, Richard McBride and Frank McVean.
