Legett, Ethel Haskins (15 April 1913 - 4 October 1981)

Ethel Haskins Legett, 68, Berlin, died Sunday evening at Berlin Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 15, 1913 in the town of Eaton to Frank and Florence (Salisbury) Radke. She was married to Kie Haskins November 22, 1933 in Neillsville.

She worked as a cook in Wood County Hospital, Marshfield, for about 20 years. She had lived in Berlin the past three years. Her husband died in 1949.

Survivors include two sons, Douglas Haskins of Portland, Oregon and Milton Haskins of Berlin; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Pearl) Marshall of St. Paul, Minnesota; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Everett Radke of Indiana, Clinton Radke of St. Paul, Minnesota and Marvin Radke of Loyal; five sisters, Delores Sorenson of Owen, Vivian Gorlitz of Kaukauna, Viv Linnell of Welch, Minnesota, Donna Mae Cordes of Florida and Ila White of Columbus, Georgia.

Services will be Wednesday at Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville, the Rev. David Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Neillsville Cemetery.
