Mr. and Mrs. Leo Grap and two children of Wausau came Saturday to visit with the
home folks.
Mrs. Wm. Mitte, Mrs. Albert Lueck, and Antonia Schoenherr went to Wabasha,
Minnesota last Friday to be at the side of their sister, Mrs. Georgius, who is
very low.
A farewell party was given at the W.B. Thoma home last Friday evening in honor
of their son, Arthur, who left Monday to join the Army.
Bill Mallig went to Granton Saturday to visit his sister, Mrs. Oswald Pischer.
A large crowd of young folks gave Miss Marcella Neis a pleasant surprise last
Tuesday evening at the Linus Prock home, it being her birthday. All enjoyed the
evening very much.
Paul Bollwahn of Chicago came Monday to visit his friends, and also spend the
4th in Tioga.
Miss Emilie Parisius is home on a visit.
Mrs. Wedekind and grandson, Louis Shaw of Neillsville spent a few days here
visiting her sister, Mrs. Bruno Henchen.
Roland and Wilburt Kalsow spent the past week with their aunt and uncle in
Granton.
Edgar Grap is working for Gus Kuhl.
