Grade, Dora R. (29 August 1899 - 26 October 1981)

Mrs. Louis A. (Dora R.) Grade, 82, of 603 S. Peach Ave, died Monday at Marshfield Convalescent Center, where she was since September 10.

Services will be Thursday at Rembs/Kundinger Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Carmen D. Peterson of Faith Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.

Mrs. Douglas I, (Sherrie) Framness will be soloist and Maldon L. Plank, organist. Pallbearers will be George Wagner, William Rondorf, James Rickman, Earl Kamps, Edward Scherr and Ervin Kehrberg.

Mrs. Grade, the former Dora R. Guk was born August 29, 1899 in the town of Lynn, Clark County, to Mr. and Mrs. William (Anna Schlinsog) Guk. She attended Maple Grove School in the town of Lynn and prior to her marriage did domestic work.

She and Louis Grade were married June 24, 1919 at Mapleworks Lutheran Church in Granton. After their marriage they farmed in the town of Lynn until 1945, then moved to Marshfield, residing here since.

She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and Marshfield Senior Citizens Club.

Surviving are her husband; a sister, Mrs. Laura Limprecht, Greenwood; and a brother, Arno W. Guk, Marshfield. She was predeceased by her parents and a sister.
