ABBOTSFORD -- Val Wojner, who had been appointed to fill Henry Grube's unexpired
term as City of Abbotsford mayor, ran unopposed and received 200 votes to remain
in that position.
Duane Wepfer had 51 votes to fill the unexpired term of Henry Weix, who moved to
the 2nd Ward where he was elected to the City Council with 61 votes.
Wepfer, who will fill a one-year term, will serve as 1st Ward Alderman.
Sylvester Kulas gained 45 votes to fill Ward's two-year seat.
