Members of the Owen-Withee community came out in numbers back on Friday, September 25, to help Courtesy Auto and Truck Center of Thorp raise up to $6,000 for the Owen-Withee Athletic Booster Club through the Ford Drive One 4UR School fundraising event.

Throughout the day, 325 people came out to do their part—earning $20 per test drive and helping the Owen-Withee Athletic Booster Club managed to reach their $6,000 maximum goal within just a few short hours.

On Wednesday, December 9, 2015, members of the Owen-Withee Booster Club stopped by Courtesy Auto and Truck Center in Thorp to receive their $6.000 check through Ford.

Since 2011, Courtesy Auto and Truck Center of Thorp has helped communities, schools, and local organizations raise thousands of dollars with in just one afternoon. The event held for Owen-Withee’s Athletic Booster Club was the tenth “Drive One” event that the local car dealership has hosted—helping raise almost $60,000 in funds that stay local.
