Sachs, Warren W. (14 April 1929 - 14 December 1981)

GREENWOOD - Services for Warren W. Sachs, 52, Route 3, Greenwood will be Thursday at the Maurina Funeral Home in Owen. Mr. Sachs was found dead (suicide) Monday.

The Rev. Douglas R. Groenewold, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee, will conduct the services. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Withee.

Mr. Sachs was born April 14, 1929 in the town of Reseburg to Mr. and Mrs. Otto (Emma Widmer) Sachs. He attended the Longwood area schools and farmed in the town of Longwood.

He married the former Helen Joyce June 1, 1968 at St. John's Lutheran Church. She survives.

He was a member of st.. John's Lutheran Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, William and James, both at home; his father and stepmother, Mr and Mrs. Otto (Emma) Sachs, Withee, and a half-sister, Mrs. Carl (Norene) Thorne, Owen.

He was predeceased by his mother in 1942.
