Zurakowski, Connie Sharlene (23 November 1962 - 31 December 1981)

THORP - Services for Miss Connie Sharlene Zurakowski, 19, Route 3, Thorp, were Monday at the Thorp Funeral Home. Miss Zurakowski died as the result of an automobile accident Thursday on Highway 29 about 5 miles west of Wausau.

Officiating was the Rev. William J. Buchman, pastor of St. Bernard's Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Hedwig's Cemetery, Thorp.

Pallbearers were Michael and Gary Posda, Mark Grendzinski, Tom Skwierczynski, and Wally and Patrick Zurakowski.

Miss Zurakowski was born November 23, 1962 in Stanley. the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence J. (Ethel J. Posda) Zurakowski, and attended the Thorp Catholic and High School.

She was a member of St. Hedwig-St. Bernard Parish.

Survivors include her parents; three brothers, Gary, Ron and Darrell Zurakowski, all of Thorp; and three sisters, Mrs. Shirley Nalock, Mosinee, Mrs. Bev Heinrich, Rothschild and Miss Sharon Zurakowski, Thorp.
