Mr. Ozanich was born in the village of Turnovo Selo, parish of Delice in
Hrvatskem. He came to America in 1900. His wife Katarina Grgovic was born in
Loka, parish of Delice in Hrvatskem. She came to America in 1902; they were
married that same year in Atlantic, Michigan. Born to them were two sons and two
daughters.
Mr. Ozanich first came to Joliet, Illinois and worked there for four years, then
he went to Calumet, Michigan for about two years. Then he went back to Joliet.
Then in 1914 he bought land, forest and sod east of Willard.
