Helen was born on July 8, 1934.

She was predeceased by her parents, Arnold Rasmusen and Martha Rasmusen (Andersen); her former husband Robert Ruggles; and her husband Barney Miller. She is survived by her children, Paul (Patricia Stoll) of Milwaukee, Robert (Cindy), Leslie Hilton (David) of Owen and Timothy (Stacey) of Boyd; and her sisters, Doris Lund of Withee and Janet Hannel (Tim Meidroth) of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
