The Loyal Area Chamber of Commerce presented a plant to Kim and Doug Roehl,
owners of Rustic Occasions, on Aug. 21, to welcome their business to the Loyal
community. Rustic Occasions opened late in 2018 on Miller Avenue just southwest
of the city as a place for people to hold their celebrations for life events. In
the photo are (from left) Doug Roehl, Kim Roehl, Stacy Petkovsek and Tami Cook.
