The Mulveys came to Loyal in 1883. Henry Mulvey was a pharmacist and his'
brother, Dr. John S. Mulvey, had his office at the rear of the drug store. In
1891 the doctor built a home and office at the corner of Division and Center
Streets. Here he and his wife lived. Four years later he took up his practice in
Neillsville.
