Hempleman, Jason (9 MAR 1978 – 14 SEP 2020)

Jason Hempleman, age 42, of Thorp, WI passed away at home on Monday September 14, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held on September 26, 2020, at the Northside Park 15116 Hwy 73, Thorp, WI.

Jason Lee Hempleman was born on March 9, 1978, in Marshfield, WI to Edward Jr. and Donna (Karshbaum) Hempleman. He was raised and received his education in Thorp. Jason was united in marriage to Carrie Pogodzinski s on September 5, 2020. He was currently employed at Howe Freightways H| and has been there most of his truck driving career. We would like to say a special thank you to Jason's employer J Ken Howe & the Howe employees that have been there for Jason and his family over the last year as he was battling cancer. Ken always made Jason feel special and treated him | like family. Jason spoke very highly of Ken and we i appreciate all he has done for Jason and his family.

Jason had many interests which included, riding his Harley the most, driving over the road, deer hunting, playing cards with family and friends, grilling, enjoying bonfires, and dogs. Jason's favorite saying was "Keep On Truckin!"

He will be dearly missed by his wife Carrie of Thorp, five children: Alex Hinrich (son), McKenzie Hempleman (daughter), Lance Hempleman (son) (Alexis LaCanne), Damian Pogodzinski (stepson) all of Thorp; Sahara Dotson (daughter) of Owen. His parents Edward Jr. and Donna Hempleman of Thorp; Brother Brian (Sarah) Hempleman of Thorp; Sister Deb (Rick) Hanson of Lake Wissota, Brother Gary Hempleman of Colby, Brother James Hempleman of Thorp; Sister Lisa (Nate) Payton of Hudson; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents Edward Sr. and Lillian Hempleman and John and Edna Karshbaum.
