Aaron L. Clair and wife have returned from Chicago, where they went to have
their infant daughter, Elizabeth, operated upon for spinal trouble. It was a
very serious operation, but the little one seemed to gain from the time of the
operation, and is recovering in a remarkable manner. The operation was performed
at the Ladeside Hospital by Dr. W. M. Harsha, assisted by Dr. J. L. Albright.
Dr. Albright is a very successful physician of Chicago and would have performed
the operation himself had it not been for the fact that Mrs. Clair is his
sister, and he felt it would be better to have someone else. Mrs. Clair and baby
remained at the hospital until it was considered safe to remove the child to the
home of Dr. Albright.
