Last week Saturday afternoon the directors of the new bank at Loyal met and
organized in the office of W. J. Rush. The bank, which they decided to call the
Citizens’ State Bank, was capitalized at $25,000, and the following officers
elected: M. F. Doyle, President, C. H. Brown, Vice-President, Harry Heaslett,
Cashier; directors: R. Connor, Albert Davel, W. J. Rush, B. W. Colby, H. H.
Christofferson, William Lenling, C. B. Esselman.
