What matches in the hands of boys will do was illustrated one day last week, Thursday, when one of John Schwarze’s boys, not over nine years old, who had some matches in his pocket, though he would see what a lite match would do to the straw stack. Well, he found out, but fortunately it was well soaked from the recent rains and was put out with the neighbor’s assistance without much damage to the stack or adjoining barn.
