Schilling, Louise (14 February 1893 - 22 January 1983)

Mrs. August (Louise) Foemmel, 89, Route 1, Chili, died Saturday morning at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Wenzel Lee of Chili.

Services will be Tuesday at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Chili. The Rev. Frank R. Hinebaugh will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Grandsons will be pallbearers Visitation will be at Gilbertson Funeral Home, Granton.

The former Louise Schilling was born February 14, 1893 at Oswedo, Illinois. She received her education in the Town of Fremont. She and August Foemmel were married December 7, 1911, at Marshfield. They farmed in the Town of Fremont until they retired.

She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church and a charter member of U.M.W.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Wenzel (Adeline) Lee of Chili, Mrs. Wilbert (Alvinia) Korth of Fort Atkinson and Mrs. Walter (Violet) Korth of Cambridge; one son, Forest of Chili; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Martha) King of Coloma and Mrs. Ruth Bandt of Chili.

She was predeceased by her husband on July 2, 1981, one daughter, two sisters and two brothers.
