Hrasky, Anton C. (24 March 1904 – 16 August 1976)
A retired J.I. Case Company employee who grew up in the Neillsville area, Anton
C. Hrasky, 72, of Racine, died August 16 at St. Mary’s Hospital there. Services
were held August 18 from the Dahl-Kasuboski Funeral Home with the Rev. James P.
Ullom officiating. Interment was in Graceland Cemetery.
Mr. Hrasky was born March 24, 1904, in Czechoslovakia and came to the United
States with his family as a small child. He grew up and received his education
in the Town of Washburn, then moved to Racine 50 years ago. His marriage to the
former Sylvia Danzer took place in 1934 in Racine. A member of the J.I. Case
20-year club and of Union Local No. 180, Mr. Hrasky retired in 1969.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include one son, William C. Hrasky of
Massachusetts; one daughter, Mrs. Steven P. (Patricia) Holly of Racine; five
grandchildren; one brother, William Hrasky of Neillsville; and two sisters, Mrs.
Agnes Keller of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., and Mrs. Norbert (Rose) Kauth of Racine.
