Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wiersig, formerly of Colby, announce the engagement of their
daughter, Donna Jean, to Steve Emmons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Emmons, ll of
Tyler, Texas. Miss Wiersig, also a former Colby resident, and her fiance are
graduates of Robert E. Lee High School, in Tyler, the bride-to-be in 1981 and
her fiance the previous year. She attended Tyler Junior College and Texas
Eastern School of Nursing and he also attended Tyler Junior College. She is a
detail clerk for Montgomery Ward and her fiance is a manager trainee employed by
Target. May 28 is their wedding date.
