Frantz, Harry H. "Bonnie" (14 March 1908 - 10 February 1983)
HUDSON -- Harry H. "Bonnie" Frantz, 74, Hudson, formerly of Neillsville, died
Thursday at United Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
He had suffered a hip fracture on January 24 at the school grounds in Hudson,
where he was employed as playground supervisor.
Mr. Frantz was born in the Town of Washburn, Clark County, and attended Sleepy
Hollow School. He graduated from Neillsville High School in 1925. He was
affiliated with the Clark County Highway Department for 15 years before becoming
a traffic patrolman for 27 years, lengthening his career as a county employee to
more than 40 years. He retired in 1969 and moved from the area after that. They
lived in Osceola for a time and then moved to Hudson.
He married Adeline Voigt and she survives. Also surviving are two daughters,
Janice in California and Sandra in St. Paul.
Services will be Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Hudson. The Rev. Glendon
Backus will officiate. Burial will follow. Visitation will be at the Swanson,
Murphy and Kramer Funeral Home, Hudson.
