NEILLSVILLE -- Scott Rychnovsky, 25, a native of Neillsville, has been named
police chief is Fall River, located in Columbia County.
Rychnovsky, a graduate of Neillsville High School, attended the District 1
Technical Institute, Eau Claire, majoring in police science. He had been
employed by the Sheldon Police Department and the Owen and Neillsville police
departments before accepting the new position.
He will start his new duties March 1. Rychnovsky and his wife, Donna, have one
daughter, Andrea, 14 months. He is the son of Edward and Ruth Rychnovsky,
Neillsville.
