Smith, Isabel A. H. (2 Dec 2020 – 3 Feb 2021)
Isabel Ann Hope Smith, 2 months, passed away peacefully in her loving mother’s
arms on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021. A celebration of life was held at 12:30 p.m.,
on Wednesday, Feb. 10, at the Loyal American Legion. Pastor Jeff Hinds
officiated. The immediate family gathered for a short graveside ceremony
following the service.
Isabel was born on Dec. 2, 2020, in Madison. During her short time here on
earth, Isabel touched many lives with her vibrant smile and personality. She
enjoyed bath time, snuggling with her mommy, and listening to lullabies. She
also felt safe having her “big brother” Fin (the family dog) watch over her. She
was loved deeply by all her family and friends.
Isabel is survived by her mother, Jessica Smith-Windsor; her grandparents: James
“JV” (Kim Tillou) Smith of Athens, and Lin (Joe) Mueller of Colby; her
great-grandparents: Vernon “Bud” and Joan Smith of Loyal, Ruth Wirtz of Loyal,
and Marie Mueller of Colby; her aunts: Kellyn (Adam) Schilling of Altoona, and
Jessica (Damon) Lewer of Marshfield; her godparents: Christina Miller of Loyal,
and Joe Maass of Marshfield; as well as many other dear extended family and
friends.
