Beecher, Dorothy (5 Aug 1930)
Emil Schwarze and Miss Dorothy Beecher were united in marriage Tuesday
afternoon, August 5th. The wedding took place at the Kocher home and the
ceremony was performed by Rev. D. S. Householder. The couple was attended by
Miss Albertine Syth and Herbert Schwarze. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. W. C. Beecher and the groom a son of Mr. and Mrs. Simon Schwarze. Both
young people are graduates of the local high school and are popular among the
younger set. Immediately after the wedding a dinner was served to immediate
relatives and friends and later in the afternoon the young couple left for
northern Wisconsin where they will spend a week at the lakes. They have rented
what is known as the O'Neil residence where they will be at home to their many
friends after August 30th. The groom is employed at the Big Store. Their many
friends join the Gleaner in extending best wishes and congratulations.
