--------- Nelson, Gladys V. (4 JUN 1919)
A very pretty wedding took place at the residence of Dr. and Mrs. S. M. Kyes on
Wednesday evening, June 4, 1919, at 8 o'clock, the contracting parties being Mr.
Joseph M. Krogness of Greenwood, Clark County, Wis. and Miss Gladys V. Nelson,
who has lived for some time at the home of Dr. Kyes, the Rev. W. H. Sargent
officiating. The bride was attired in a tan silk and was attended by Miss Edith
Villemonte, who work pink mescaline.
The duties of the best man were ably carried out by Mr. A. M. Krogness of
Milbank, S. D., a brother of the groom.
The rooms were prettily decorated with flowers. A dainty lunch was served by
Mrs. Kyes, assisted by Miss Cora Haire of Weyauwega.
The bride received a number of useful presents. The bridal couple left the same
evening for the town of Warner near Greenwood, where they will make their future
home on the Krogness farm.
