Miss Florence Selden, daughter of Mrs. W. B. Selden, and Mr. Thomas Vanderwegen, were united in marriage on Monday morning, Sept. 5, 1921, at St. Bernard's Church in this village, Father Neises officiating. Both of these young people have a host of friends in this community, all of whom tender sincere congratulations. Clarence Vanderwegen and Miss Ida Vanderwegen attended the newlyweds and breakfast was served at the home of the bride's mother. (Thorp Courier)
