--------- Pethers, Isabella (Marriage - 4 AUG 1928)
A pretty wedding took place Saturday, Aug. 4, 1928, at 5 o'clock, at the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Buss, when Mrs. Isabella Pethers became the bride of Mr. B.
P. Buck. Mrs. Roy Peters, daughter-in-law of the bride, was bridesmaid, while
Mr. Roy Pethers, son of the bride, acted as groomsman. Little Charley Pethers,
grandson of the bride, was ring bearer. Elsie Buss and Ella Wachsmuth,
granddaughters of the bride, were flower girls. Rev. Powell performed the
ceremony.
A wedding supper was served to about 120 guests. The bride and groom received
many beautiful and useful gifts.
