Landgraf, Anita (2 May 1903 - 28 March 1983)

GRANTON -- Mrs. Leroy (Anita) Landgraf, 79, of Granton died Monday at the Marshfield Convalescent Center, where she had been a resident since March 8.

Services will be Thursday at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Chili. The Rev. Charles P. Schumacher will officiate. Burial will be in Neillsville Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Granton.

The former Anita Beaver was born May 2, 1903 in Neillsville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George (Katherine Hubing) Beaver. She moved to Granton as a child and attended schools there. She and Leroy Landgraf were married January 12, 1929 in Neillsville; he died October 31, 1939. She was employed at the Farmers Store in Neillsville for 25 years. She returned to Granton and worked with her sister in the Beaver Cafe. Her sister, Rosetta Meyer, survives.

She was a member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Chili.

She was predeceased by her parents and a sister.
