N. G. Wilbur and family arrived from Taylor County, Wisconsin, and are now
residents of Minot. Mr. Wilbur is an auctioneer of ten years’ experience and
will spend some time at this work during the present season. He has also been
engaged in the real estate business in Wisconsin, having been employed by Dairy
Belt Land Company of Owen, Wisconsin for three years. He is in touch with a
large number of thrifty Wisconsin renters, many of whom no doubt came be
interested in land in the northwestern section of our state. Mr. Wilbur was
impressed with Minot when he passed through this city enroute to Canada a year
ago, and after investigating, decided to locate here.
