Superior, Wis., December 21, 1905 – Work will be started shortly on the northern
end of the Wisconsin Central line from Owen, Wisconsin to this city. The Balch
Company of Minneapolis has let the subcontracts for a large part of the work,
and the subcontractors are already engaged in building several camps between
here and the south range.
