Sommer, Michele L. (24 Nov 1966 – 12 Mar 2021)
Michele Lynn (Strizic) Sommer, 54, of Chippewa Falls and formerly of Holcombe,
WI. passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 12, 2021 at her home.
Michele was born on November 24, 1966, to Gerald and Carol (Stokosa) Strizic in
Chippewa Falls, WI.
She attended and graduated from Lake Holcombe High School in 1985 and later
worked at TI'M in Chippewa falls for many years.
Michele married Jon Sommer in 1997, they later divorced.
Michele was a very loving and giving person with a sweet personality and she
enjoyed music, cooking, especially for others and gardening
Michele is survived by her Son, Anthony "A.J." Sommer, of Holcombe; Parents,
Gerald (Priscilla) Strizic of Chippewa Falls and Carol Strizic of Conrath; a
brother Mark (Ruth) Strizic of Jim Falls; two sisters Melanie (Chad) Ouimet of
Atascadero, CA, and Melissa (Darin) Duncan of Conrath; Nieces and Nephews Bradin
and Brooke Duncan, Evelyn Gorda and Dalton Strizic; a step-sister Shannon Stokes
of Colorado Springs, CO and a step- brother Luke Stokes of Colorado Springs, CO.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents Cyril “Bud” and Sally Strizic and
Louis and Lottie Stokosa; late husband Jon Sommer, and Special Friend Danny
Bunnell.
A Service of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 20,
2021, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Cornell, WI. with Father Eric Linzmaier
officiating.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Service
Saturday at the Church.
