Kopinski, Mildred Delores (3 May 1938 – 24 September 2011)

Mildred D. Kopinski, 73, of rural Boyd passed away Saturday evening, Sept. 24, 2011, at Our Lady of Victory Hospital in Stanley.

Mildred Delores Kopinski, daughter of William and Mattie (Minsaas) Hansen, was born May 3, 1938 in Neillsville.

She was united in marriage to Raymond H. Kopinski on Dec. 28, 1961 at Grace Lutheran Church in Augusta. The couple lived in Fairchild before moving to Brewster, Minnesota, where they lived for eight years. While in Brewster, Mildred was employed at the Campbell Soup Company in Worthington, MN. They later moved to Augusta, and in 1975 they moved to their present home in Wilson Township, rural Boyd. While living in Augusta, Mildred had been employed by Mail Source. Mildred enjoyed peaceful pastimes such as knitting, crocheting, making crafts for her family and she loved to draw and paint pictures. She also enjoyed working in her gardens and spending time with her family and especially enjoyed the time spent with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
