Potter, Marion (2 July 1893 - 7 April 1983)

NEILLSVILLE - Services will be Monday at Gesche Funeral Home for Mrs. Wayne (Marion) Potter of 101 W. 19th St. who died Thursday at Memorial Home, where she resided the past three weeks.

The Rev. Gary L. Clark of United Church of Christ will officiate and burial will be in the Neillsville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tony and Mike Perushek, Milo Mabie, Lyle Miller, Thad Zajac and Fred Wall.

Mrs. Potter was born in Pennsylvania and located in Neillsville with her parents at an early age. She graduated from Neillsville High School and then attended the Eau Claire Conservatory for Music. She taught piano in Neillsville for many years and had also worked for several Neillsville Business places for may years.

She was a member of United Church of Christ and Royal Neighbors of America, Golden Link No. 78.

She and Wayne Potter were married September 22, 1947 at Neillsville and he died February 16, 1967. She was also predeceased by two brothers.
