Dunbar, Emma O. (23 July 1896 – 11 September 1976)
Funeral services were held Monday from the Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home for Emma
O. Dunbar, 81, of Memorial Home and formerly of Owen, who died Saturday,
September 11. The Rev. D.E. Sprague of the Assembly of God Church officiated,
and burial followed in the Neillsville Cemetery.
Mrs. Dunbar, daughter of Christian and Karen Evans Grung, was born July 23,
1896, in Chicago, Il. She was married to Arthur W. Dunbar on April 26, 1916, in
Chicago.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include one daughter, Mrs. Arthur
(Beatrice) Rhinehart of Neillsville; one brother, Carter Grung of Chicago; and
five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
