Seif, Nancy Lou and Lori Ann (Marriages – 25 September 1976)
The two daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Louis M. Seif of Wisconsin Rapids, and
granddaughters of Mrs. Arthur Imig of Rt. 3 Neillsville were married in a double
ceremony in the Congregational Church U.C.CD. in Wisconsin Rapids September 25.
Nancy Lou Seif, who has been working and living in Berlin was married to Gregory
L. Athnos, son of Mrs. Ardyce Johnson of Wisconsin Rapids, and Donald L. Athnos
of Jacksonville, Fl. Lori Ann Seif was married to Jeffrey Lyle Kingery, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kingery of Wisconsin Rapids.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Calvin Fischer, pastor of the church.
The new Mrs. Athnos selected Mrs. Becky Ewert of Neillsville as her
matron-of-honor. Mrs. Holly Johnson of Wisconsin Rapids was the bridesmaid;
while Randy Athnos of Junction City, Ks., served as his brother’s bestman, and
John Lazar of Wisconsin Rapids served as groomsman. Ushers were Ronald Seif and
Heinz Ewert of Neillsville and Dennis Seif of Wisconsin Rapids.
Mrs. Judy Urban served as organist.
The newlyweds are now at home at 2340 3rd Street, South, Wisconsin Rapids,
following a three-day wedding trip to La Crosse.
Mrs. Anthos was graduated from high school in Wisconsin Rapids and had a year of
training at Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids as a certified laboratory
assistant. She spent two years at Memorial Hospital in Neillsville and has
worked for two years at Berlin Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Athnos attended North Central Technical institute at Wausau and has been
employed by a heating firm in Nekoosa.
The new Mrs. Kingery chose Miss Suzanne Kulinski of Wisconsin Rapids as her
maid-of-honor, and Miss Donna Ennett of Wisconsin Rapids as bridesmaids. Bestman
was John Kingery of Rice Lake; and Steve Schmidt of Wisconsin Rapids was
groomsman.
A reception was held at the Lions Club in Wisconsin Rapids following the
wedding.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Kingery are now at home at 6300 Birch Street, Schofield,
following a wedding trip to the northern part of the state.
Mrs. Kingery and her husband were graduated from high school at Wisconsin
Rapids. He is employed by a Wausau tile firm.
