Vollrath, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest (48th – 11 October 1976)

A surprise anniversary party was held Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Vollrath in Greenwood, in honor of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Vollrath. The honored couple was married October 11, 1928, in Plymouth. They have farmed seven miles northwest of Greenwood, where Mr. Vollrath was born.

Those present included the Vollrath’s two children and eight grandchildren. They are Mr. and Mrs. William (Elvira) Rogers and Lynette, Bruce and Scott at home, and their married children, Mrs. Linda Mueller and Jesse, and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Monacelli and Angela, all of Red Granite; Vicki, David, and Richard Vollrath of Willard; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Vollrath and their children, Mr. and Mrs. Randy Vollrath and family, Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Vollrath and family and Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Backus and family, all of Greenwood; and Col. and Mrs. Bernard Vollrath of Caro, Mi.
