Mark R. Larson, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Larson, Route 2, Withee, a first-year
student in the Bio-Medical Electronics Program, was among 43 students selected
from Western Wisconsin Technical Institute, La Crosse, to be listed in the
1975-76 edition of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges.”
Campus nominating committees and editors of the annual directory have included
the names of these students based on their academic achievement, service to
community, leadership in extra-curricular activities, and future potential.
They join an elite group of students from more than 500 institutions of higher
learning in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Outstanding students have been honor in the annual directory since it was first
published in 1966.
